End User / Support Consultant | SAP PPDS

Role Description

The End User Support Specialist will be responsible for providing technical support and troubleshooting for desktop computers, computer hardware, and printers.


  • Technical Support and Troubleshooting skills
  • Experience with desktop computers and computer hardware
  • Knowledge of printers and printer troubleshooting
  • Excellent problem-solving skills
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and in a team
  • Relevant certifications such as A+ or Microsoft Certified Desktop Support Technician (MCDST) are a plus
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field is preferred
