End User / Support Consultant

Role Description

The End User Support Specialist will be responsible for performing day-to-day technical support tasks, troubleshooting desktop computers, computer hardware, printers, and other related tasks.

  • Technical Support, Troubleshooting, and Desktop Computers skills
  • Knowledge of computer hardware and printers
  • Excellent problem-solving skills
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work well in a team
  • Attention to detail and ability to multitask
  • Relevant certifications or technical qualifications
  • Previous experience in a similar role is a plus
